• Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original condition with all tags.
• Reverse pickup includes quality inspection.
• Exchanges allowed once per product, stock permitting.
• Unpacking video required for missing or damaged items.
• No returns/exchanges on clearance, BOGO, promos, or free gifts.

Reverse Pickup Services

• Free reverse pickup with 2 attempts.
• Non-serviceable areas must self-ship to:

• Include Order ID & mobile number on package.
• Share courier docket with support.
• Refund (including ₹100 courier) issued after quality check.
• COD returns get coupon valid for 12 months.
• Use Speed Post for self-ship (recommended).

Refunds

• Prepaid: Refund to original method (7–10 days) or instant coupon.
• COD: Coupon code valid for 12 months.
• Orders paid with credits are refunded as credits only.

Cancellations & Modifications

• Possible before dispatch. Contact via WhatsApp or email.

Defective/Damaged Items

• Report within 48 hours with unpacking video/photos.
• Do not accept damaged or empty parcels.
• Raise a query for unrelated or missing items within 48 hours.
